I will coach all classes except the noon class. The brand will continue to move forward and expand as time allows. As always we will promote rock solid plant-based nutrition, a cruelty free lifestyle, and functional movements mixed in with a healthy dose of intensity. Thank you so much Portland! It has been an absolute honor to be a part of this community for the last 5 years.
