6:30-7:30pm Olympic Lifting! and Conditioning with Holly. Snatch, Clean & Jerk Focus with Conditioning and Accessories!


Tuesday

6-7pm Muscle Babes! with Holly. Lady Only Powerlifting with a bit of Conditioning!

7-8pm PowerLifting! with Holly. Powerlifting open to all genders with a bit of Conditioning or Hypertophy Training!


Wednesday

8-9am Strength & Conditioning with Ed. Barbells, Body weight, and everything in between!

1-2pm PowerLifting! with Holly. Powerlifting open to all genders with a bit of Conditioning or Hypertophy Training!

6-7pm Strength & Conditioning with Ed. Barbells, Body weight, and everything in between!

7-8pm PowerLifting! with Ed. Powerlifting open to all genders with a bit of Conditioning or Hypertophy Training!

8-9pm Strength & Conditioning with Ed. Barbells, Body weight, and everything in between!


Thursday

9-10am Strength & Conditioning with Ed. Barbells, Body weight, and everything in between!

6-7pm xhardCOREx with Holly! All the ab work you could dream of with a bit of Conditioning!

7-8pm Conditioning! with Holly. Focus on conditioning with body weight and lighter weights.


Friday

8-9am Strength & Conditioning with Ed. Barbells, Body weight, and everything in between!

1-2pm PowerLifting! with Ed. Powerlifting open to all genders with a bit of Conditioning or Hypertophy Training!

6-7pm Strength & Conditioning with Ed. Barbells, Body weight, and everything in between!

7-8pm Olympic Lifting! with Ed. Snatch, Clean & Jerk Focus with Conditioning and Accessories!

Saturday

9-10am Strength & Conditioning with Ed. Barbells, Body weight, and everything in between!

10-11am Coffee & Barbells! with Holly. Strength and Conditioning focus (Drink free coffee or tea and train pre-brunch!

11am-12pm Humane League Class! with Ed. Lots of variety and a healthy dose of conditioning for active Team Humane League members! Weekly Brunch outing to follow.

1-2pm – All Levels Core, with Emmet. Get more grounded in your body, build on foundational stability, and strengthen your core for everyday life or as a complement to other training.

Sunday

BRUNCH, Relax and Restore! No workout this day, just all the rest and nom. Feel free to come train this day for Open Gym though, which is free if you come to 3 times a week or more!
