The one time consultations for both nutrition and fitness can all be done over Skype or the phone if you live remotely.

Options include:

Pups!(1:1) – Workouts can be scheduled as little as once a week or as many times a week as you’d like. During our initial meeting (the free 20 minute consult), we will establish your goals, and work towards them going forward privately. As nutrition is a big part of fitness, if you choose, we will make space to talk about how to eat to recover as well as plan nutrition that gets you to your goals, with no judgement about where you are currently at. Additionally, included for members who choose two or more One on One sessions a week are invited to come during open gym time to work out on their own. Cost for One on One is $85 per session, and will be scheduled as well as settled up at the beginning of each month, or every two weeks if needed. Cost can be adjusted in a sliding scale manner ($65 – $85), as needed, as I believe fitness and being stoked on yourself should not be withheld due to finances. This can apply to any option I offer, just communicate and we can find what will work for you.

Yay Muscles and Pups!Semi Private Training – A less expensive, fun, and effective option that splits between personal training and group class. In Semi Private Sessions you will be paired with one, or two other people at a similar level as you are that you will likely get along with and who share similar goals. You will get your own personal programming geared towards your goals and will train with the others several times a week (this will be scheduled as individual groups to accommodate those involved). You’re always welcome to add group classes in addition to these, 1:1’s or open gym. This option gives you the support of a small group setting, the personalized programming to get you to your goals and the personal 1:1 attention of personal training. This is also a great option for friends or partners who want to work out together! Semi Private Sessions are $45 per session with discounts given to those who pay ahead and in cash for the full month.

Group!Group Classes – One of the most fun options at NewEthic is group classes. Currently they are primarily in the evenings though there are a few mid day, as well as Saturday mornings and will include a variety of strength and conditioning workouts. We are changing and updating the schedule often to accommodate everyone so please email hollynewethic@gmail.com if you are interested in taking part. Please do not show up to group class without previously contacting me. To enter group class we can either have a few 1:1’s to get you up to speed, set up a group of you and your partner or friends to all get up to speed together or I often offer “Foundations” classes which is a month of intro classes twice a week where you learn with other beginners how properly do all of the primary movements you will encounter in the group class setting. This will include some discussion around nutrition, as well as terminology and space to ask any questions you might have. Group classes are $20 per class with discounts offered to those who pay ahead and in cash at the beginning of the month. Open gym is available to anyone coming two or more times per week in either a 1:1, Semi Private or Group Setting.

One Time Nutrition/Macro Consultation – If you are local and would like to discuss nutrition, I also offer one hour nutrition consultation where we can sit down in one of the back offices, and talk through any nutrition questions you might have. These could include: setting your macro’s for flexible dieting or learning more about how to implement this style in your own life, discussing what you’re currently doing then finding ways to improve upon it, discuss your goals then find ways to tweak your current nutrition to suit them better or anything else you need. One time cost is $65 and will take around 1 hour.

Sassy Tire SmashOne Time Fitness Consultation – If you are local and would like to discuss your fitness goals but don’t have space to work out at NewEthic, I also offer one hour fitness consultation where we can sit down in one of the back offices, and talk through any questions you might have. These could include: discussing what you’re currently doing then finding ways to improve upon it, discuss your goals then find ways to tweak your current training to suit them better or anything else you need. One time cost is $65 and will take around 1 hour.

One Time Fitness and Nutrition Consultation – Both of the above consults to plan your fitness as well as your nutrition in a one time consultation. This will take around 90 minutes and costs $150.

All three consultations listed above can be done remotely as well as locally.

Lifting 101/Foundations Group Workshop – A several week, six class workshop that will go over the basics of what you would need to lift confidently at any traditional gym, during NewEthic’s group workouts, open gym time, or just to be pumped to learn new skills as part of an awesome, supportive, fun, community. This workshop is a totally body positive, no judgement space for you to learn and grow. Cost is $150 per workshop and is scheduled as needed but are typically weekday evenings.

Partner Deadlifts!“Friends” Group Classes – Do you have super awesome friends, family, or neighbors? Private group classes built of your community group can be scheduled similar to One on One for the month, to fit your groups time restrictions, goals and desires. Your group can be up to six people at a time, must be scheduled ahead for the month similar to One on One, and cost $20 per person per class. There is a minimum of 3 people for this option.

Notes – You do not need to be plant based to train with us.
– I offer trades often, so please feel free to reach out if you’d like this option and we can make a plan and move forward. Always open to options not listed but currently interested in trades for: Honda Car Mechanic, Cleaning, or Silk Screen Services.
– We are a very dog friendly gym! If you have a well behaved pup who’d like to play while you workout, feel free to mention it during our initial meeting or email so they can come along!

Remote Training – Remote nutrition planning is available, for those interested that are not in the Bay Area, as well as fitness training plans. The cost is dependent on time we work together, needs, and goals. Please contact hollynewethic@gmail.com for more information!
