There are a few ways to get started:
Ed offers Personal Training, Semi Private Group Training, Beginners Course, Regular Strength & Conditioning Classes, Nutrition Consultations, as well as Distance Coaching.
1. Personal Training
Ed is completely dedicated to your goals. During these hour long sessions, focus can be on anything you desire. Whether you are recovering from injury, want to lose a few inches, or are ready to take a run at the CrossFit Games, he can help you become your personal best. He can help you improve your strength, speed, flexibility, power, cardiovascular endurance, coordination, agility, and balance. As a competitive athlete in many arenas, as well as years of coaching experience, he is ready to work with you. Most people start with 6 sessions for $450. From there, the possibilities are endless. 2. Semi Private Group Training
Semi private group training is very similar to personal training, except you can be paired up with one, two, or three other people. These can be friends that you would like to join you, or Ed can pair you up if other people are available at the same time. These sessions will be for people that all have the same goal. This also has a discounted rate. The more people in the group, the less expensive it is per person!
3. Beginners Course, 8 Sessions (Up to 10 people per Month):
Monday 8pm & Wednesday 8pm
Begins the first Monday of every other month.
The NewEthic Beginners Course is designed for the generally active individual who wants to improve their physical fitness. In this class, you will be exposed to our movement curriculum in a small group format. Movement techniques will be drilled as well as a progressive introduction to the intensity levels that are inherent in advanced training. This class is ideal if you are interested in:
-weight loss and improved body composition
-increased strength and endurance
-knowledge of sports nutrition
-increased stamina, speed, and flexibility
-improved agility, balance, and coordination
The Beginners Course meets 2 times a week for 4 consecutive weeks, starting on the first Monday of every month. Class size is limited to 10 people. The movement curriculum is sequential and attendance to all sessions is highly recommended. A make up class can be scheduled for up to two missed classes. 4. Regular Strength & Conditioning Classes:
Class schedule must be approved in advance.

$180 Monthly for Unlimited Classes (Open Gym Membership Included)
5. Nutrition Consultations
This would be a one hour consultation in which we would discuss your goals and limitations. I would then discuss meal plan options, which we can create together to help you reach your goals. I can work with anyone, including those that are gluten free, soy free, raw, lactose intolerant, vegan, or omnivore. Please note that all recommendations will be to follow a 100% plant-based diet as this is the diet most often proven to be best for your health, as well as the health of animals and the planet.
