(Updated) OCB RICHMOND CHAMPIONSHIPS – December 3rd, 2022

Although I love CrossTraining, I have just competed with the PlantBuilt Vegan Strong Team at the Mr. America Sports Festival in Atlantic City, New Jersey. We had around 23 athletes competing in CrossFit, BodyBuilding and Powerlifting. We took home many first place awards and showed the world the plants have all the protein you need. This was my first time competing in Men’s Physique since 2013. I took home 2nd place in my category. This set a fire in me to try again and go for the gold!
I am officially taking the stage again on Saturday December 3rd at the OCB Richmond Championships in Hopewell, VA. I would love it it some folks could come out and support me!
