This class uses bodyweight mostly, but also I would like everyone to have one or two weighted implements. I suggest a backpack full of enough books to make it weight 15-20lbs, a kettlebell, or a set of dumbbells. You will also potentially use your living room furniture or a dining room chair. That should be all that’s needed. Classes are approximately an hour. These happen every week on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday at 8am PST/11am EST.
