September OnRamp Schedule. Still room for 3 more!

For the first session, the course will be from 8-9pm. For the remainder of the month, the course will be from 7-8pm. I wanted to make a quick post for everyone who is interested in joining, so there is no confusion on the schedule. Here is a list of the specific dates and times.
The schedule for September is:
Week 1
Monday Sep. 7th at 8pm
Thursday Sep. 10th at 7pm
Week 2
Monday Sep. 14th at 7pm
Thursday Sep. 17th at 7pm
Week 3
Monday Sep. 21st at 7pm
Thursday Sep. 24th at 7pm
Week 4
Monday Sep. 28th at 7pm
Thursday Oct. 1st at 7pm

Here is the full description of the class:
The PlantFit OnRamp Course is designed for the generally active, injury free individual who wants to improve their physical fitness. This class is designed for beginner’s and no prior gym experience is necessary to participate. In this class, you will be exposed to our movement curriculum in a small group format (up to 6 people). Movement techniques will be drilled as well as a progressive introduction to the intensity levels that are inherent in advanced training. This class is ideal if you are interested in:
-weight loss and improved body composition
-increased strength and endurance
-knowledge of sports nutrition
-increased stamina, speed, and flexibility
-improved agility, balance, and coordination

Fot the first day of the course, please show up 10 minutes early. Be sure to wear exercise appropriate clothing, such as shorts or athletic pants, and bring a water bottle. Thanks for reading and I hope to be of service to show that a compassionate lifestyle can indeed be fit and healthy.
