5/3/1 Dead Lift 75%1RM x 5, 85% 1RM x 3, 95%1RM x 1+

&

5/3/1 Bench Press 75%1RM x 5, 85% 1RM x 3, 95%1RM x 1+

Rest 10 minutes, then:

20 minute AMRAP of:

5 x Handstand Push-Up

10 x Dead Lift 225#/195#

15 x Box Jumps (24”/20″)
