Great Work Today!

Nice work on “Cindy” in the group classes today! Remember, Wednesday will be Benchmark workouts. This means that the workout will be repeated. I encourage everyone to record your workouts. Know your times and know your maximum weight lifted. This way, when a workout is repeated, you have a clear indication of your improved work output, or lack thereof. The goal is steady improvements, no matter how slow. If you do more work in less time, chances are, you have less fat, more muscle, increased mobility, and increased work capacity. Sounds like a win win to me. This little trick will give you that extra kick to keep you motivated. Thanks all! I’m very thankful for the opportunity you have given me!
